2. Services of 1biw

If someone suffers the loss of interests and profits as a result of multiple use of his account, 1biw won’t undertake any direct or indirect responsibilities. In order to safeguard our interests and profits, each member should notify 1biw immediately of any unauthorized use of his (her) account, 1biw will help the member to upgrade account and reduce lose. 1biw shall not be liable for any loss or damages arising from the members’ failure to comply with this paragraph.

◆ We establish Feedback page, each member could visit this page and post comments there, 1biw will give responses for these comments and questions in our Feedback page in one business day.

◆ If member want to change any information that has been posted on the website, the member should mail the changed information to 1biw’s designated e-mail box.

◆ If 1biw find member’s subscription is not accordance with website’s terms of service, 1biw shall inform the member through e-mail. If the member couldn’t offer projects information that meet the requirements stipulated by our website in the limited time (3 business days), 1biw may, in its sole discretion, delete the projects information and suspend or revoke the membership of such member.

3. Member’s responsibilities

◆ All the services and prices are promulgated in services& prices page, we offer three kinds of payment choice, including
◇ wire transfer;
◇ make payment via credit card;

4. Information release
◆ Each member should activate its account in one month since the date of receiving the notifictaion on upgrading account mailed by 1biw;

◆ All kinds of services would be terminated when account is out of date unless the member agrees to make membership fee continuously.

◆ If one member want to release project information, we offer two kinds of choices, 1) one is to be released by member itself; 2) the other is to authorize 1biw to display for you, the following case is based that member mail his materials to 1biw at first;

◆ When releasing project information on 1biw, member should agree to observe the above terms;

5. Statement of no responsibility
◆ 1biw is a website, which provides information search on investment projects, 1biw don’t participate in the specific transaction activity, and never charge any commissions from any transaction from investors and projects owners. As a result, 1biw don’t take any responsibility for the ability of the projects owners to complete a sale or the ability of investors to complete investment;

◆ Because user verification on the internet is correlatively difficult, it’s impossible to investigate every member’s actual identity, so all investors make sure to be aware of risks;

◆ Each member acknowledges that it may assume risks when utilizing our website to conduct transactions, these risks include untrue completely projects information, breach of contract, unsatisfactory quality, breach of warranty and so on.
